Think in Flow.

An easy way to add plants to your daily coffee habit

Why Beetroot + Coffee?

Your coffee sharpens focus by blocking adenosine receptors. But caffeine also constricts blood vessels — reducing oxygen delivery to the brain and muscles.

Beetroot reverses this. Dietary nitrates convert to nitric oxide (NO), which dilates blood vessels and restores flow. The result: caffeine supports focus while also improving circulation.

Red Coffee combines both mechanisms in a single blend.

Caffeine creates vasoconstriction. Beetroot nitrate creates vasodilation. Combined, they reach equilibrium — the state where your brain gets both alertness and oxygen. This isn’t a trend ingredient. The nitrate → nitric oxide pathway won the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine (Furchgott, Ignarro, Murad).

"I drink coffee every day — sometimes black, sometimes with milk. Now I add Red Coffee to both. Same ritual, but with blood flow working for me instead of against me. The science made me switch. 9 months in, I haven't gone back."

LILI Framework mapping

  • Beetroot nitrate converts to nitric oxide → vasodilation → supports oxygen delivery
  • Better circulation supports energy efficiency at the cellular level
  • Combined with caffeine → alertness with circulatory support

Reference: The nitrate–nitric oxide pathway won the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine (Furchgott, Ignarro, Murad).

  • Arabica Coffee

Adenosine receptor blockade → Focus and alertness

  • Beetroot Nitrate

Nitrate → Nitrite → NO pathway → Vasodilation and blood flow

  • Combined

Vasoconstriction + Vasodilation = Equilibrium → Sustained focus + flow

Beetroot + Coffee. Plant-powered focus and flow.

When to drink

Optimal window: 30 minutes pre/post brushing teeth protects the oral nitrate conversion pathway. Hard caffeine cutoff: 3:00 PM.

How much

7g blend in 220ml water or 180ml milk — daily ritual dose. 14g blend in 300ml water or 220ml milk — performance dose. Each serving delivers dietary nitrate and caffeine — two ingredients independently supported by clinical research for cardiovascular and cognitive function.
