Why Beetroot + Coffee?

Your morning coffee sharpens focus by blocking adenosine receptors. But caffeine also constricts blood vessels — reducing oxygen delivery to the brain and muscles.

Beetroot reverses this. Dietary nitrates convert to nitric oxide (NO), which dilates blood vessels and restores flow. The result: you get caffeine’s focus without the vascular trade-off.

Red Coffee combines both mechanisms in a single blend.

When to drink

Optimal window: 60–90 minutes post-waking. Brush teeth 30 minutes before drinking OR Wait 30–45 minutes after consuming before brushing (protects the oral nitrate conversion pathway). Hard caffeine cutoff: 3:00 PM.
Double Scoop works well as a pre-workout.

How much

7g blend in 220ml water or 180 ml milk — daily ritual dose. 14g blend in 300ml — performance dose. Formulation uses concentrated beetroot extract to deliver physiologically effective doses in a drinkable serving size.
